The following software is required to playback a videopresentation on a computer:

Troubleshooting
| A. The videopresentation as a whole does not start up |
|
1. Make
sure that you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Start up Internet
Explorer, go to Help, Info and read the version. If you need an update
of Internet Explorer, Update by clicking here for Internet
Explorer 6.0 |
| B. The videopresentation does start up, but I don't see a video |
|
1. Make
sure that video is played. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet
options, Advanced and tick the box "Play videos". |
| C. The videopresentation does start up, but I don't hear the voice |
|
1. Make
sure that audio is played. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet
options, Advanced and tick the box "Play sounds". |
